1. Where We Ship From

To ensure speed and reliability, all products are shipped directly from ​Amazon fulfillment centers within the United States (any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page). This means your order will be processed, packed, and delivered by Amazon’s advanced logistics network, providing you with a seamless shipping experience.Please note that we currently only offer shipping to customers within the United States.

Free shipping on all US orders over $60 USD.

3. Shipping Speed & Delivery Time​

We are proud to offer ​free fast shipping (typically 2-5 business days)​​ to customers across the continental U.S. Exact delivery times may vary depending on your delivery address. Orders placed before ​3:00 PM ET​ on business days will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be processed on the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real-time on the shipping carrier’s website (such as Amazon Logistics, USPS, or UPS).

5. Shipping Coverage​

We currently ship primarily to the continental United States. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, certain items may not be available or may require special arrangements, which will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of receipt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
