- 60-Day Return Policy - All items purchased from our website are eligible for our 60-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your product. We offer full refunds, exchanges, or replacements for any product that arrives damaged, defective, or simply doesn't meet your expectations.(Does not apply to scratch and dent products)
- Free Returns for US Customers -We offer free return shipping for all customers within the United States.Please note that free returns do not apply to scratch and dent items.
- Full 3-Year Warranty - We provide a comprehensive 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product, please contact us promptly.(Certain products may have different warranty terms, which will be clearly stated on the product detail page. Scratch and dent units are also covered by this warranty)

Returns & Exchanges Details:
Inkesky accepts returns and exchanges within 60 days of receipt for a full refund to your original payment method.Please return the product in its original condition. All returns are inspected, and refunds may be adjusted or denied if there is damage or misuse (excluding normal wear and tear). Inkesky is not responsible for lost return shipments—we recommend using a tracked shipping method.
This warranty applies exclusively to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. We only sell products on www.inkesky.com and Amazon. For purchases made through other sellers, please contact them directly for assistance.
At its discretion, Inkesky may: [1] repair the product at no cost; [2] replace it with a new or equivalent model; or [3] provide credit toward a new purchase.
Inkesky is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages involving non-Inkesky products or components. This warranty does not cover attached third-party items (such as bike computers or frames), which are subject to their manufacturers' policies. Inkesky's maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
This warranty excludes damage resulting from improper installation, adjustment, maintenance, accidents, misuse, modification, overloading, or any abnormal conditions as determined by Inkesky. Normal wear and tear is also not covered.
Owners should regularly inspect their products and have them professionally checked at least annually. User servicing is permitted only as instructed in official product documentation; unauthorized service may void the warranty.
All warranty claims require dated proof of purchase from an authorized seller. Products must be returned to Inkesky for inspection. To submit a claim, email support@inkesky.com.
