How do I measure the diameter of my seatpost?
Check near the bottom of the seatpost for the diameter, which is usually marked with numbers like 27.2, 30.9, or 31.6, etc. You will need to remove the original seatpost from the bike to find this marking
I ordered a 31.8mm seatpost, but I received a 27.2mm seatpost. Was it sent in error?
No errors. SAFORT produce 27.2/30.4/30.9/31.6mm seatposts, if yours is a different size, an adapter is needed for adjustment. We’ve included one with the 27.2mm seatpost to save you from having to purchase it separately
Is the SP19 suitable for MTB/Road/Gravel Bike?
The SP19 suspension seatpost weighs 8000g (27.2mm). If you are a weight-sensitive rider, the SP19 may not be the best choice for these bicycles. It was originally designed for eBikes
The suspension feels too stiff/hard. How do I adjust the stiffness?
Use the hex wrench to turn the nut at the head. ​Clockwise (+): Firmer for roads/pavement;Counterclockwise (-): Softer for trails/off-road
What is offset and how does the 25mm specification affect the ride?​
This means the saddle is mounted 25mm behind the seatpost's centerline.The 30mm offset enhances climbing stability but may feel too stretched for riders with shorter torsos.
What is stack height and how does the 125mm specification affect me?
It's the minimum clamp-to-saddle-rail distance. The 125mm improves suspension but significantly raises saddle height, which may prevent shorter riders from touching the ground when stopped. Always measure your existing stack height before purchasing
What happens if the rider's weight exceeds 150kg (330lbs)?
The SP19 will still function safely up to 180kg (400lbs), but riders over 150kg (330lbs) may notice reduced suspension travel and a firmer ride
What kind of saddle is compatible with the SP19?​
The SP19 is compatible with both standard ​7x7mm round rails​ and ​7x9mm oval rails

Inkesky accepts returns and exchanges within 60 days of ​receipt​ for a full refund to your original payment method.Please return the product in its original condition. All returns are inspected, and refunds may be adjusted or denied if there is damage or misuse (excluding normal wear and tear). Inkesky is not responsible for lost return shipments—we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Warranty

This warranty applies exclusively to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. We only sell products on www.inkesky.com and Amazon. For purchases made through other sellers, please contact them directly for assistance.
